Here at Hillside RV Park and Campground we strive to make sure each guest enjoys our park. Following are the simple rules we ask people to follow. Hillside RV Park and its facilities are for the enjoyment of our registered guests only. This is private property, and we reserve the right to enforce the following rules for the benefit and safety for all. Failure to comply with these rules or any of the managements requests, could result in being asked to leave the property.
Staying a night, a few nights, or a week:

Hillside RV Park and its facilities are for the enjoyment of our registered guests only. This is private property, and we reserve the right to enforce the following rules for the benefit and safety for all. Failure to comply with these rules or any of the managements requests, could result in being asked to leave the property.
-We do NOT offer refunds!
-ALL visitors must check-in with the office. Any visitors that may stay the night OR use any of our facilities must pay additional fees per person per day/night. You are responsible for your guests!
-The speed limit for the entire park is 10mph. This starts when entering in from the highway,
through-out the park, and on our exit road.
-Parking is in designated areas and on your campsite only. Extra vehicle parking needs management approval.
-Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please be courteous to all.
-Bring your four-legged friends! Please have your furry ones on a leash. If you choose to tether them in your designated area you MUST be with them, this also includes kennels or portable fences. Please pick up after your furry friends immediately and dispose of properly in the trash. Absolutely NO pets allowed to roam freely around the park. This is for the safety of your pet and most importantly our guests. Pets are not allowed near the picnic areas, playgrounds, or the pool.
-Campfires are permitted! We sell firewood! Call the office for details!
-No grills or hot plates to be used on the picnic tables! Doing so will result in being charged for a replacement table. Please do not use your site table as storage.
-Our pool is open seasonally, April-October. Pool hours are from 8am-8:30pm or sunset. Pool rules are as follows: ALL children MUST be supervised by an adult, no pets, no smoking, no alcohol, no glass, no running, no diving/rough housing is allowed! Any children NOT potty trained, NEED to be in a swimming diaper!
-NO smoking or vaping in ANY of our buildings or in/around the pool area and playgrounds. Please dispose of butts properly.
-Satellite dishes are acceptable! The units must be mounted to your RV, or to a tri-pod system. Do not dig holes, use extension poles, or mount to any trees!
-Retractable clothes lines are allowed. Do NOT drill any mounts to the trees or our utility poles. If unsure of how or where to put up a clothesline, please ask! RV bumper mounted drying racks are acceptable.
-Parents are responsible for the action and safety of their children.
-Golf carts/utility vehicles are welcome, but operator must have a valid driver’s license. Vehicles must be kept on the roads and 10mph!
-Alcoholic beverages are permitted on campsites.
-Trash cans are thru out the park. Do not leave trash out overnight! Please keep your campsite clean and organized.
-WI-FI is available for all registered guests. Our Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. Our service is an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. You may experience interrupted service, or slow speeds depending on traffic that is logged on from time to time. We can not guarantee Wi-Fi reception in every RV or at every campsite, or cabins. No refunds or credit will be issued if Wi-Fi is unavailable.
-HELPFUL HINT: We are a wooded RV Park. We do have issues with insects, mainly sugar ants. We recommend spraying your site and RV to help keep them under control and not invading the inside of your RV.

For Our Monthly/Extended Stay Guests:
All of the above to also include the following:
-Household appliances outside of your RV is not permitted. Some exceptions may apply. PLEASE consult with
management first and a decision will be made.
-Please keep your site clean. No trash/excess clutter is allowed. Lawn chairs/furniture is permitted. Storage sheds of any kind are not acceptable. Do NOT store anything outside of your RV (this includes covering items with tarps). If you choose to rake leaves and remove tree debris from your site, please pile it close to the road and our staff will come haul it away for you. NO trash burning!! If a weed or bug problem occurs, you are responsible for products to manage said problem.
-If you are wanting any sort of deck, platform, or screen porch outside of your RV, you MUST consult with management first! Using any of the aforementioned as storage is not allowed. We will discuss with you the options and then notify you of approval.
-Please keep your RV clean. Washing is encouraged.
-NO vehicle repairs of any kind allowed at your site or within the grounds of the park.
-To receive mail: Your Name C/O Hillside RV Park 592 GA Hwy 87 S Lot #____ Cochran GA 31014 OR Your Name 592 GA Hwy 87 S Cochran GA 31014. When you leave DO NOT forward your mail! Any questions about mail please talk to management.

For Our Cabin Rentals:
All of the above for the Nightly Stay rules, to also include the following:
-We do require to have a Credit or Debit card on file.
-Not ALL Cabins are Pet Friendly. Please make sure we know of your pets.
-When checking out of your cabin, please remove ALL trash! Failure to do so will result in a $75 cleaning fee.
-NO Smoking in ANY of our Cabins. Any evidence of smoking or odor, you will be charged a $75 cleaning fee.

**Hillside RV Park is NOT responsible for ANY damages to your RV or vehicles or person (human or natural). Hillside RV Park is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. You are responsible for reporting damages or losses to your own insurance.**
